Sir,
In reference to your letter dated the 20th ultimo
which was submitted for the consideration of the Government
I have to inform you that His Excellency the Officer
administering the Government has approved, subject to your
passing the necessary medical examination of your being put
on the permanent staff of overseers at the expiration of your
present agreement in April next,
Your status will be that of a 2nd Class Overseer, and
your salary will,commencing from the 13th April,1907 be at
the rate of £195 per annum, rising by triennial increments
of £15 to a maximum of £225.
You will contribute to the Widows and Orphans Fund
from the same date.

terms.
