Sir,
In further reference to the letter from the department
of December the 3rd last relating to Miss C.E. McLeish, who
left the Civil Hospital, Hong Kong on October the 11th without
giving any notice of her intention to leave, I beg to enclose
herewith a letter received from the Nippon Yusen Kaisha and
regret that they are unable to give us any information as to
her whereabouts.
The Committee are still making enquiries and should any information about Miss C.E. McLeish be received by them they
will forward it to the department.
