I see no difficulty in making these signals
out here supervised by the same assistant engineer who
would be appointed to look after the erection of rolling stock and workshops.
31. The local conditions especially those entering Kowloon Station Yard through the big cutting need
studying on the spot in order to get the best position, heights etc for the signals.
32. A more detailed account can be given as the work proceeds if you sanction the system and my making the signals locally.
