13. Your petitionor has atained the age of 51 years and were he to continue to romain in the service of the Covorimont until the month of August 1914 he would then be entitled to retire from such service on a pension of $1122 per uniam or £205. 14 at 38. Bd to the dollar.
14. If the racorimendation of Tis Excellancy the Governor that your petitioner be dismissed from the said sorvico be approveÜ by your Lordship, and if in consequence the roof no pansion is granted to your petitioner, he will be unable to obtain remunerative amployment in the Colony, or elsewhere.
