capable of easy expansion to 500 in the near future.

It has therefore been found
necessary to reserve an additional area of land for the
purpose of erecting the students' quarters, and I have the
honour to recommend that the plot shown on the enclosed
plan, 4 acres in superficial area, shall be utilized for
this purpose in addition to the area which Your Lordship
approved in your Despatch 67 of 27th. April, 1909. The
land is situated on a steep hillside. It is valued by the

Acting Director of Public Works at $43,279 reckoning
premium at 15 cents per Square Foot and capitalizing the
Crown Rent. I have the honour to request Your Lordship's
sanction to the appropriation of this area for the purpose
named.
