No. 11 of the 8th. January, 1909, I have the honour to
forward the enclosed copy of a minute by the Colonial
Treasurer, dated the 19th. instant and to request that if
Your Lordship concurs in the view that the pension due to
Mr. J. Dyer Ball is £461 4

O per annum, the necessary instructions may be issued
to the Crown Agents for the Colonies to amend the pension
paper forwarded to them in the Colonial Secretary's letter
No. 518/08 of the 8th. of last January and to pay Mr. Ball
the arrears,
