I have granted to Mr. A. Seth, I.5.0., Registrar of the
Supreme Court, a pension at the rate of $3,315 per annum
which at 3 s. 8 d. equals £607. 15 s., and to state that
the Crown Agents for the Colonies have been instructed to
issue payments to him as they become due.
