Spring Gardens Property - Proposed Sale,
I have the honour to inform you that the
War Department has decided to sell the Spring Gardens Property
known as Inland Lot No. 427.
In connection with the sale I am directed to
enquire what amount will be credited to the War Department in
the Colonial Military Lands Account, in return for the Crown
Rent of £150 per annum, which will be realized by the Colonial
Government as soon as the sale has been effected.
