11 DEC 091 With reference to my Tender for the purchase of the
privileges known as the Opium Farm for three years from the lat
March 1910, dated 30th September, 1909, which has been accepted
by His Excellency the Governor-in-Council I have the honour to
request that the grant of the Farm may be made in the following
names, Ho Kom Tong, Lau Chu Pak, Leung Yan Po, Ng Li Hing and
Chan Kai Ming instead of in my name.
