simply called Senior and Junior Deputy Registrars. The

salaries of the two posts are identical and neither of the
Deputy Registrars is subordinate to the other. The
distinction, therefore, in title between them as "Deputy
Registrar and Appraiser" and "Deputy Registrar and
Accountant" should in my opinion remain unchanged.
