An Ordinance to provide for the collection of duties upon Intoxicating Liquors
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not cuntrary to
the Governor's Instructions
This Ordinance provides for the levying and collection of duties on intoxicating liquore imported into or made in the
Colony.
