insulation resistance of all continuously insulated cables

Brochure No. 3 consists of a memoranduri

regarding details of construction and equipment.

The first paragraph under (1) CLEARANCE

requires that there should be at least 15 inches between the

sides of passing cars. The date of this memorandum is July, 1908,

leaves the line of the Praya wall turning from Praya West to Chater Street also turning from Sharp Street into Morrison Hill

Road.

These places are fully known to the Motor-

-man and due care is exercised.

Alterations at these places would involve the further encroachment on the side of the roadway and do not appear to justify the expense which would be incurred or the

inconvenience
