Report on Ordinance No. 14. of 190 9.
I have cxamined the accompanying Ordinance, entilled
An Ordinance to end The Tramvays Ordinance 1883,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
the Governor's Instructions
This Ordinance makes provision to compel persons travelling by Tram to produce their tickets on request of a Trem...y servant, and to bring within the scope of section of of the Principal Ordinance offenders against the preceding sections 61 and ola.
