Sir,
I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your letter No. 3341/09 of the 20th ultimo, relating to the Audit of the Treasury, Post Office and Money Order Accounts.
2. I attach a schedule showing the distribution of work between myself, my Assistant and Clerk, and I would point out that the latter's work is carefully supervised and examined by either Mr. Brayn or myself.
3. I am forwarding a copy of this correspondence to the Comptroller and Auditor-General in accordance with Colonial Audit Regulation No. 26, who will however be in a position independently to judge of the merits of the case as his representative Mr. Clarke has recently reported in detail on the whole question.
