I have the honour to submit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure Ordinance No.12 of 1909 entitled "An Ordinance to authorise the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum of Five hundred and twelve thousand two hundred Dollars and thirty-four Cents, to defray the Charges of the year 1908", together with the customary report of the Attorney-General thereon.

I have further to transmit in accordance with Colonial Regulation No.255 the Appropriation Account for the year 1908 which embodies full information respecting the increases and decreases on each sub-head of the Estimates.
