With reference to my letter of the 16th ultimo, I have the honour to enclose herewith a schedule of expenses amounting to Ticals 98.46 cents incurred in the removal of prisoner Thong Suk (alias Cheung Suk) to Hongkong to serve his sentence there, and to request that Your Excellency will be so good as to refund this sum to me.
