Section 7.

The words are inserted so as to clearly provide that the occupier as well as the owner is brought within the purview of the section.

Section 8.

This authorises the Building Authority to refuse further notices and plans in respect of buildings contemplated unless the original notices and plans lodged as required by the Ordinance are revoked by the person by whom or on whose behalf such notices and plans were given.

Section 9. Repeals section 235 of the Principal Ordinance as amended by section 78 of the Public Works and Buildings (Amendment) Ordinance 1908 (No.14 of 1909).
