Report on Ordinance No. 11 of 1909.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to amend the Public Health and Buildings Ordinances 1905-1908
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
The Governor's Instructions
This Ordinance effects certain further necessary amendments in the Public Health and Buildings Ordinances 1903-1908.
Sections 2 and 4. These amendments are required consequent on the control of market buildings now by the Sanitary Department.
