Report on Ordinance No. 5 of 1909.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled "An Ordinance to demonetize Postage Stamps bearing the Head of Her late Majesty Queen Victoria" and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to The Governor's Instructions.
This Ordinance authorizes the demonetization of Postage Stamps bearing the Head of Her late Majesty Queen Victoria.
