An Ordinance to amend The Wireless Telegraphy Ordinance, 1903
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
The Governor's Instructions
This Ordinance empowers the Governor to regulate the use of wireless telegraph apparatus on either British or Foreign merchant
ships while in the territorial waters of the Colony.
