With reference to my Despatch No. 71 of the 18th of last March, and in confirmation of my telegram of the 4th instant, I have the honour to transmit for Your Lordship's consideration memorials from Mr. G. A. Woodcock and from the Masters of Queen's College, together with the correspondence noted in the annexed schedule.

2. Mr. Woodcock requests that he may not be transferred from his post as Secretary of the Sanitary Board to the Second Mastership at Queen's College, but that he may be retired on pension as from the Spring of 1910 when he will have completed 20 years' service: while the entire Senior and Junior European Staff at Queen's College requests that Mr. Woodcock should not be transferred to Queen's College, but that any promotions in the Staff of the College consequent upon the appointment of Mr. Dealy to be Headmaster, which I had the honour to recommend to...
