The despatch is barely courteous.
It is highly desirable that
the terms on which the Crown Solicitor
holds his appointment should be
a sound looking
agreement which will set out what
classes of work he is expected to do
for the
Government, and that among
such classes should be
those which have arisen.
Personally, I think it is better
