Hongkong, 19th March, 1909.
I have the honour to report that I have granted to Inspector W. A. Ritchie of the Hongkong Police Force a pension at the rate of $403.20 per annum payable in England at 3s. 8d. to the dollar with effect from the 9th December last, and that the Crown Agents for the Colonies have been instructed to issue pension to him as it becomes due.
