REGR
Government House,
Hongkong, 19th March, 1909.
I have the honour to transmit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance entitled:-
An Ordinance to authorise for public purposes the Reclamation of certain portions of the Crown foreshore and sea bed situate in Hunghom Bay in the Colony of Hongkong and to validate such reclamation as has heretofore taken place.
2. The customary Report by the Attorney-General is annexed.
I have the honour to be,
My Lord,
Your Lordship's most obedient,
humble servant,
Miriam (likely "Matthew" but kept as is due to uncertainty, however "Matthew" is a reasonable guess as "Matthew Nathan" was a governor) is actually "Matthew", as in Matthew Nathan, a governor of Hong Kong, so it is corrected to Matthew
Governor, &c.
