I have the honour to submit for your Lordship's
favourable consideration the enclosed letter with reference
to my appointment as Assistant Land Officer.

your way to make any alteration in the scheme of sterling
salaries, and should not raise the question again now,
11 it were not that the points (a) (L) & (e) in paragraph
5 of my letter have apparently not been brought to Your
Lurusuip's notice.
