Referring to Your Lordship's telegram of 15th ultimo, I have the honour to state that I have granted to H. A. G. Wise, Puisne Judge, a pension of £920 per annum, at 3s. 8d. to the dollar equals $4,826, and that I have instructed the Crown Agents regarding payment.
