Alternative definition of Court.
"Court" means either the Full Court as at present established or any New Court as may hereafter be created in lieu thereof, or a single Judge of the Supreme Court of Hongkong according as the matter in question is one which under the Rules and Practice of the Supreme Court properly appertains to the Full Court or to any New Court that may be created in lieu thereof or to a single Judge and includes the Full Court or such Court when sitting on appeals under the Wei-hai-wei Order in Council 1901.
