The Govt is a party to the suit in doubt. I have some reservations, however, about the agreement not also being in question.
In cases where proceedings are taken not against The Govt itself but against officials for acts done in their official duties,
I should be glad to have a copy of the terms of the statement which the Crown Solicitor holds his appointment from the Governor.

Confl. Circular 27 Aug
Kept back in the first instance to enquire as to the receipt of the draft Appeal Court Bill referred to, but has been overlooked.
I have little doubt that there is good reason for delaying consideration of the Bill in question, as it is still under consideration, and there is no alternative to having the thing off until the Bill is settled.
