defect which seems to the Board of Trade to be a matter

of importance and which ought to be rectified. The simplest method by which this can be done is to provide, in the same way as is provided in the Life Insurance Companies Ordinance, 1906, (Section 29), that if the

Company or any member feels aggrieved by the name of the Company having been struck off the Register, the Company

or member may apply to the Court, and the Court, if it be

satisfied that it is just so to do, may order the name of

the Company to be restored to the Register. Further, it

would seem just that this right of application to the

Court should be extended to creditors of the Company as

well as to members.
