We were honoured with Your Lordship's commands signified to us in Mr. Antrobus's letter of 20th May last, stating that he was directed by Your Lordship to transmit to us a copy of an Ordinance, No. 16 of 1907, passed by the Legislative Council of Hongkong, to enable companies registered under the Hongkong Companies Ordinance 1865 to keep local registers of their members outside the Colony.
