All men enlisted for the Police in China will serve under an agreement, the terms of which will be settled by the Government of India in communication with the Colonial and Municipal authorities concerned. Copies of the conditions of service in the Hong-Kong, Shanghai, and Tientsin Police will be furnished to recruiting Staff Officers in due course, for the information of candidates desirous of such employment.
4. The period of service of the men will, on the expiry of their term of service in or on discharge or dismissal from the Colonial or Municipal Police, they will be sent back to India in every case, for disposal.
