As regards the incidence of the cost of repatriation, this question does not arise in view of the opinion expressed in the preceding paragraph. Individuals concerned should certainly be permitted to serve out current agreements, where, in any case, such agreements exist, as, on general and legal grounds, such agreements cannot be interfered with.
