The S.L.L. forwarded to me not greatly in Sealing 45087/07.
There is also the question of the protection of trade marks in distant countries, which looks troublesome, and largely is a matter for sprung detail in a number of divergent places.
I doubt if at present we can do more than tell Hong Kong that their representations are being considered.
