The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hongkong:
presents his compliments to the Judge of His Britannic
Majesty's Consular Court at Canton China and begs to en-
close a notice of a writ of Summons issued in the above
action in order that necessary steps may be taken to
insure its transmission to the Lam Hoi Court at Canton,
China, with the request that the same may be served
personally upon the said Chu Pak Ngok at No. 40 Stup Yat
Po Street, Canton, China, or elsewhere in China against
whom proceedings have been taken in the said Supreme
Court and with the further request that such evidence of
the service of the same upon the said defendant may be
officially
