I AM inquiring by telegraph of His Majesty's Acting Consul-General at Mukden for full particulars as to the case of the deceased British subject mentioned in your telegram No. 107 of the 5th instant.

Pending receipt of further information, I agree that it would be proper to thank the Russian Government for their Consul-General's action.
