The Commercial Attaché draws an allowance of One pound when travelling as Commercial Attaché.
With regard to other items of expenditure, most of which will presumably be defrayed in equal shares by the Powers represented, such as rent for the building in which the Commission will meet, printing, stationery, telegrams, clerk hire etc., it is difficult until the duties and the probable duration of the Commission are more definitely known, to form an estimate, but the amount should not be large seeing the number of Powers that will be represented.
