Dr. Liceaga, President of the Mexican Board of Health, stated yesterday in the course of an interview given to the representative of the "Mexican Herald" that the Commissioners, of which he was one, appointed by the Federal Government to draft a measure regulating the admission of immigrants into Mexico had submitted their report to the Ministry of the Interior, where it would be discussed and revised, with a view to the Bill being presented to Congress during the next Session, which begins on the 16th proximo.
