With reference to your des,atch No. 91 of tho
16th ultime, I tranmit të you herowith copies of
correspondence with the Colonial Office regarding
the measures which should be taken with a view
to ensuring that the Chineso Kang Yu Wol shall net
ostablish himself at Mengkong or any British Colony
in the War East.
You should endeavour to convey to Kang yu Wei
that if he proceeds to any British Colony in the
Far East he will be dealt with in the manner in 1-
cated in the last paragraph of the Colonial Office
lettor.
