I have received your telegram No. 68 of yesterday's date.
Peking, April 11, 1908.
Sir John Jordan is returning here on the 20th instant, but I at once repeated to him at Shanghae your telegram No. 60 of the 22nd ultimo and the telegram from this Legation No. 77 of the 25th ultimo, in order that he might discuss the question at Hong Kong.
I fear there may be some delay, as Mr. Bland is in Shanghae at present.
