Telegram from Governor of Hong Kong to Governor of Straits Settlements, March 24, 1904, regarding Kang Yu Wei.

We cannot permit Kang Yu Wei to reside in Hong Kong and have therefore requested that if he lands in Colony, you will cause him to be immediately deported under the provisions of the Banishment Ordinance 1882.
