That, in order to prevent the reduplication of telegrams as in the present case, Sir F. Lugard should be requested to add the words "Peking informed" or "Tokio informed" respectively to any telegraphic message he may send to His Lordship, whenever he telegraphs in the same sense to either of His Majesty's Representatives at those places.
