PROPOSED Convention for the reciprocal protection of trade-marks in China and Corea.
The paragraph inserted in your telegram No. 4 of 20th January scarcely appears to protect a trading style, firm name, or hong-mark in China and Corea unless after the word "trade-mark" in Article II the words "trading style, firm name, and hong-mark" are inserted.
Please inform me if this should be done.
