In accordance with the instructions in Sir Bric Banington's
despatch No. 19. of 31st December last respecting the estate of
Janet Harman deccased I have the honour to forward herewith
a memorandum by Mr. Duncan No. Heill Acting Crown Advocate with.
regard to payment of duty, on shares in Shanghai Companies register
ed in Hongkong which shares form part of deceased estates.
