The Government may at any time before the completion of the work determine the Engagement of the person engaged on giving him three months notice in writing (determinable
at any period of the spear)
paying him one month's salary and in either providing him with a free passage to England provided that he claims and avails himself of such return passage within one month.
All plans drawings papers and documents prepared by the person engaged during the engagement shall be the property of the Government and be delivered to them when and cas they may direct
