That Your Petitioner is not aware of the nature of the
charges preferred against him, and has not been given an
opportunity to deny such charges or any of them.
That Your Petitioner is conscious that hehas not wilfully
committed or done any act which might be construed as op-
posed to public safety.

Excellency may be pleased to revoke the said Order
of Banishment or in the alternative to suspend
the operation of such Order until such time as
