reference to paragraph 2 of Your Lordship's despatch No.
276 of the 13th. ultimo that all despatches, whether merely
routine or otherwise, may be sent to me in duplicate, as
I retain the originals for file at Goverment House and
copies are required for use in the Colonial Secretary's
Office.
2.
I have given instructions that all
despatches which are likely to be communicated by Your
Lordship to other departments in the United Kingdom should
be transmitted in duplicate.
