I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, enʼitled
An Ordinance to extend a certain definition in the
Imperial Act styled the Evidence (Colonial Statutes)
Act 1907
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
the Governor's Instructions

This Ordinance was passed in accordance with the
request of the Secretary of State contained in his despatch,
Miscellaneous, to the Governor of 21st January 1908.
