1.
Conditions.
The site shall be granted free of
premium and for the nominal Crown Rent of $1 per annum to the Committee of the Tung Wa Hospital in trust for the purpose of building a Hospital for the reception and treatment of patients suffering from infectious disease including Smallpox, and for so long only as the site is used for the purpose for which it is granted.
2.
The buildings shall be completed within
2 years from the date of the grant.
3.
Regulations for the Hospital including precautions to prevent the spread of infectious disease shall
be approved by the Governor before the Hospital is opened
provided that until further notice the regulations hereto attached shall be deemed to be the regulations so approved.
