I have received Your Excellency's letter of 6th. April, in reply to mine of 25th, March with extreme regret. I propose to defer replying to it in detail until I receive Your Excellency's reply to my letter requesting that pr. Seth should be suspended from his office of Registrar. Meanwhile I think it my duty in the interests of a sound administration of justice to make a final appeal to Your Excellency to consult the Chief Justice on all matters relating to the Supreme Court, and I have further the honour to request that the questions now in issue may be discussed verbally.
