The new lease to run from the date of
payment of the premium specified in (2).
5. The design of any buildings erected on
the lot to be subject to the special approval of the
Director of Public Works and no building to exceed 33 feet
6 inches in height. The height to be measured from a point
at the South-west end of the building the level of which
1s 105 feet about Ordnance Datum.

The lot shall not be used for any
purpose other than the carrying on of the business of
dairymen and of storing provisions in artificially cooled
chambers and dealing in such provisions, unless the pre- -vious licence of the Crown to use the premises for any
other purpose has been obtained.
5.
These conditions were communicated
to the Company (with the exception of the latter part of
5) by direction of my predecessor in August, 1905, and
accepted generally by them.
